Sat ourselves on the extremely busy patio. Even though the patio was quite full of people not a server or staff member was seen for 20-30 min. Then 4 came out all at once to check on the customers. Took 30 to get water. We we're there for almost 2 hours and not by choice. Only ordered drinks and appetizers, decided to have dinner elsewhere but after everything took so long, we just decided to go home. Food wasn't great either. The potato chips for the British nachos were not even cooked. Ordered some veggies to go with the artichoke dip and they brought out like cucumbers....? Overall just a huge disappointment.

Ever since this Pub was bought out and changed to Winston’s it has gone down hill. New management is horrible. They do not know how to run a pub. Extremely slow. One waitress over performing trying to compensate for other lazy servers standing around. When this pub was Baker Street Pub it was awesome. Cheap drinks. Good food. Prompt service. Don’t waste your time here now. Food is decent. If it ever shows up. You may not get it. They priced up everything. Should have never sold out. Seriously, don’t waste your time.

Good food with a warm and friendly atmosphere, on the inside looks like an old bar straight out of England. I went there on a Monday night. It was not so busy that we could not get any service, but enough people that the wait staff was not constantly hovering over us. A number of different options for food, I HIGHLY recommend the Parmesan fries. I look forward to coming back.

Went there on April 5 for a jazz afternoon. Cool place. Great band. Would like to say service wad slow, but it a new low for service. Wait staff walked by my table several times but never stopped. Great jazz from 2:00 - 5:00 PM PM on Sundays. They need new wait staff and management.

I'm an English lady and was delighted to find this Pub. The food is quite authentic to English food and the atmosphere of the place is very warm and friendly. The staff are very nice and try their best to accommodate your needs but they do get very busy so patience is appreciated..give it a try. My family loves it. The Hostess is English and a wonderful girl. Be kind to her. 😊💜💙💚💛 Update February 2019: The little pub changed ownership and Chef's. The food was not really authentic any longer. The Cockroaches moved in and the little English Hostess left. So my family and I never went back. English lady in U.S. 🙋🇬🇧
